1: 6+ years relevant experience
2: SharePoint 2010 SME with at least 3 years of experience in setting up complex content solutions - not only a user
3: Intranet and site governance experience - ideally with a large company (3 years)
4: Proven experience in Content Strategy and Content Management practices
5: Experience working with tech teams in translating business needs to requirements
6: Experience in managing a small team
7: Proficient in Microsoft Excel
8: Results-oriented, client focused, along with a track record of driving results with minimal guidance
9: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10: BA/BS required and a MLIS/MBA or other relevant advanced degree desired
11: Deep knowledge of content management practices, SharePoint, intranet sites and collaboration solutions

We are looking for an outstanding Content Manager to oversee intranet and collaborations sites (SharePoint 2010). She or he will partner with teams across the company to define and support content management strategies and solutions. The person in this position is responsible for developing and supporting processes to provide a disciplined delivery of content which will enable employees to prepare for customer interactions, collaborate as teams and effectively engage their audience.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Enterprise content management efforts across several lines of business
== Coordinate internal resources to support internal business partners' content management and collaboration needs.
== Operations of Intranet
== Steward of intranet and collaborations team sites.
== Creates, manages and facilitates business governance processes
== SME on SharePoint, able to provide guidance to business partners looking for content and collaboration solutions (not only a Content Publisher or Project Manager)
== Oversees implementation of content management solutions and new collaboration sites
== Defines and implements strategies to improve content delivery and discovery
== Coordinates content owners and defines content management and sales enablement processes
== Defines priorities and technical enhancements in partnership with technical team
== Manages and collaborates with one team member
== Participates in defining a platform and content strategy for the SharePoint intranet
== Works with business leaders to scope people, process, or technology change necessary to meet business needs
== Contributes to broader Marketing's content management efforts seeking to leverage content for client engagement and acquisition
== Organization and governance of marketing content, taxonomy and management of content using a DAM
