1: Experience creating work breakdown structure (WBS) - translate requirements into tasks
2: Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment
3: Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.
4: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
5: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6: Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
7: Experience with MS Projects a plus

Duties and Responsibilities
== Support the Project Manager (PM) and Project Leader (PL)
== Assist PM on provided scope and requirements & translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks
== Assist with the coordination of resources (internal and external) in support of the project schedule
== Schedule Weekly Team Update Meetings with the global project team
== Support the scheduling of cross-functional project team meetings with business stakeholders
== Assist with the facilitation of project team meetings, taking minutes and distribute to all project team members
== Work with team on project work to keep project moving according to schedule
== Document & distribute weekly `project stream' Task `TO-DO' lists
== Track Project Team Progress against Task Lists
== Keep the Project Manager (PM) and other Stakeholders are informed about project status and issues that may impact project performance
== Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes and distribute to meeting attendees
== Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation library & maintain regular updates
== Assist the PL & PM in the scheduling of Steering Committee and Stakeholder Update meetings
== Assist the PL & PM in preparation of Steering Committee/Stakeholder Update Materials
== Prepare project organization and communication charts
== Use project scheduling and tools to monitor projects plans, budgets and expenditures
== Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
== Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
== Ensuring project deadlines are met
== Determining project changes
== Maintain Project Key Decision Tracking Log
== Maintain Project Risks and Issues Log
== Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
== Providing administrative support as needed
== Undertaking project tasks as required
