4: Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, (including v lookups, pivot tables, macros, charting and formulas) Word, PowerPoint.
5: Process-oriented with good project management and problem solving skills
6: Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
7: Experience with Visio, Sharepoint and data bases is a plus

We are looking for an outstanding Senior HR Risk Management Analyst to join the company's HR Risk Management Team. This team is responsible for HR Compliance and Risk related activities for HR.
The primary focus of this position will be on HR Compliance and Risk Management activities as well as providing support on other projects and assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities
== Execute, manage, and enhance SOX control practices
== Manage the coordination and performance of audits of HR systems and processes including, but not limited to payroll audits, systems interfaces, and tracking and resolving deficiencies
== Collaborate across the HR department functions and internal company risk management resources, including ERM, to develop a comprehensive Risk Register, identifying and rating risks and controls for HR processes
== Identify and implement HR Compliance and Risk Management process improvements on an ongoing basis
== Act as principal HR liaison with both internal and external auditors, to evidence the appropriate auditable evidence as requested, negotiate potential findings, and ensure, through coordination with the relevant HR process owner, that HR audit action items are remediated by their agreed upon due date.
== Track and report status of compliance and risk management related activities, including ensuring labor law poster compliance for more than 20 locations
== Run and develop reports using Workday and Excel
== Prepare materials/reports for presentations
== Define and document project requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and coordinate training and communications
== Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by manager
