We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in strategy and program management, to join the team responsible for representing the voice of the client (VOC) in decision-making, and for designing compelling customer experiences across channels and touch-points. Client Experience (CX) is a top priority - this role will ensure that the organization is properly aligned on delivering on our brand promise.

Duties and Responsibilities
== Program-manage the Client experience program with special focus on how different areas (i.e. client insights, VOC tools, CX enhancement projects) come together to create meaningful business impact
== Manage strategic projects such as client segmentation and definition of client engagement models
== Closely collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities to improve the client experience and build the case for change
== Strengthen our "inner and outer loop" feedback program to maximize its impact
== Keep employees at all levels of the organization informed about CX priorities, opportunities and progress towards targets
== Develop change management plans for rolling out CX enhancements
