DESCRIPTION
Immediate position available for a well-spoken helpdesk representative
24/7 Call Center mandatory rotational shift work
Provide positive, professional, and courteous service while ensuring that all contacts receive a timely response and resolution on initial and follow up requests for customer reported failures, Hi-Track initiated cases, case management, case inquiries, case escalations, partner agreements, part requests, after-hours support to Europe & Asia, technical support escalations and knowledgebase support
EXPERTISE and REQUIREMENTS
2 to 5 years experience as helpdesk / support in a medium to large size company
excellent spoken and written communication skills
working knowledge of Windows XP
professional attitude
